A1: Ring Dips (3 x 10-12 reps @20X1 tempo)

Sub Matador Dip, Box Dip, or Leg Assisted Box Dip as necessary.

A2: Single Arm Russian Kettlebell Swing (3 x 12-15/arm)

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP in 10 minutes:

2 Power Cleans, 205/135lbs

4 Strict Handstand Push-Ups

6 alternating Pistols
