Hang Clean (3 reps EMOM for 10 minutes)

Start light and build per set or pick a moderate load to work across all sets. Focus on speed under the bar and a solid receiving position that allows you to come out of the hole quickly.

Metcon (6 Rounds for time)

Every 3 minutes x 6 sets:

250/200m Row

Aim for tough efforts throughout, but not deviating more than a couple seconds off your best time.
