A1: Ring Dips (3 x 8-10 reps @20X1 tempo)

Add weight if 10 reps is no problem. Sub Matador Dip, Box Dip, or Leg Assisted Box Dip as necessary.

A2: Romanian Deadlift (3 x 8-10 @2111 tempo)

Metcon (No Measure)

EMOM for 15 minutes:

Minute 1) 30 Seconds Strict Pull-ups

Minute 2) 30 Seconds DB Snatch, 50/35lbs

Minute 3) 30 Seconds Strict Handstand Push-ups
