Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
AMRAP in 20 minutes:
10 alternating DB Snatch, 50/35lbs
10 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
200m Run (together)
Partners will alternate movements throughout, except for the run. Partner A does 10 DB PS, Partner B does 10 CTB Pull-ups, Partner A does 10 burpees, BOTH partners run 200m, Partner B does 10 DBPS and so on.
