Focus on a big leg drive to get the bar moving from the hip position while keeping the bar close, as well as an aggressive punch to lock out overhead.

A) 6-12 Strict Pull-ups
B) 6-12 Strict Ring Dips
C) 20-30 second Hollow Body Hold
