6 sets, 90 seconds on/90 seconds off:

15 DB Front Squats, 50/35lbs

AMRAP Calories Rowed in the remaining time


At Home MetCon:

6 sets, 90 seconds on/90 seconds off:

15 Weighted Squats

Max distance sprint in remaining time

Grab something heavy (sandbag, jugs, buckets, a kid, a dog, etc. and perform 15 squats with whatever weighted implement you have. Sub 25 air squats if you can’t find something to use.
