200m Run

16 Reverse Lunges

12 Hollow Rocks

8 Push-up + Shoulder Tap

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

5 Rounds For Max Reps:

1:00 Box Jumps (sub box step-ups or tuck jumps)

1:00 Single Arm Standing Bent Over Row – 30 sec/side (use what you have available; DB, KB, backpack, etc.)

1:00 No Push-up Burpees

1:00 Single Arm Thruster, 30 sec/side (use what you have available; DB, KB, backpack, etc.)

1:00 Rest
