9 Goblet Squats
12 Lateral Jumps Over and Back
Rest 1 minute after each 3 minute piece. Repeat for 5 rounds.
-Use whatever you have for the Goblet Squats (KB, DB, backpack, etc.)
-For the Lateral Jumps, jump over whatever you are using.
-Over and back = 1 rep
