Hello Everyone –
We will open our first classes on Saturday. The rules are a bit tricky, so we will summarize key changes for you:
Equipment Return
We need the equipment for classes! Please return you equipment on Thursday or Friday between 4 and 5PM, or on Saturday between 10AM and Noon.
If you have special circumstances, reach out to us about alternate equipment return ideas.
Schedule
Our schedule is always up to date, so please check it if you are trying to attend a class.
Saturdays 10AM & 11AM CrossFit & Open Gym
Monday – Friday 6AM, 12 Noon, 5:15PM and 6:15PM CrossFit & Open Gym
We will add more classes as these fill up and as our training staff returns.
Class Registration
Due to 10 foot spacing requirements, CrossFit classes are capped at 7 people and open gym to 4 people.
You MUST pregister for classes. You can register for classes via the “WODIFY ATHLETE” app on Google App Store or Apple App Store or with your Wodify login on https://app.wodify.com/ . Your email login is your same registration email.
You can sign up for class 48 hours before hand. If you decide to cancel, you must do so within 2 hours of class. If you do not cancel or do not attend, you will be charged a $10 cancellation fee.
Class Screening
If you are currently experiencing fever (100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or higher) or a sense of having a fever, a new cough that cannot be attributed to another health condition, new shortness of breath that cannot be attributed to another health condition, new chills that cannot be attributed to another
health condition, a new sore throat that cannot be attributed to another health condition, or new muscle aches that cannot be attributed to another health condition or specific activity (such as physical exercise), then you are not permitted in the gym.
Cleaning
As before, we will ask that you wipe down all equipment you touch in the gym.
