At Home WOD

3 sets:

30 seconds Jump Rope or Jumping Jacks

3 Wall Walks + 5 second Hold at the top

12 Walking Lunges

For time:

50 Jump Squats

15 Strict Handstand Push-ups

40 Jump Squats

12 Strict Handstand Push-ups

30 Jump Squats

9 Strict Handstand Push-ups

Modify ROM on sHSPU as needed or perform Hand Release Push-ups.
