Deadlift (@21X1 tempo; 4 – 4 – 4)

Build to a tough set of 4 reps keeping the tempo. No spinal deviation.

Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

Three Sets

AMRAP in 3 minutes:

1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7… adding 1 rep per round

Deadlifts 185/125lbs

Strict Handstand Push-Ups

Rest 3 minutes between sets.
