Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP in 18 minutes:

12 Pull-ups

9 Box Jumps, 30/24″

6 Thrusters, 135/95lbs

In teams of two, partners alternate movements throughout. Partner A does 12 Pull-ups, Partner B does 9 Box Jumps, Partner A does 6 Thrusters, Partner B does 12 Pull-ups… and so on until the 18-minute mark.
