6 Handstand Push-ups

Rest 4 minutes

AMRAP in 8 Minutes:

4 Hang Squat Cleans, 155/105lbs

8 Lateral Burpees over the Bar

Rest 4 minutes

AMRAP in 8 Minutes:

5 Thrusters, 135/95lbs

10 Pull-ups

In each 8-minute piece, partners will alternate full rounds.
