Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP in 20 minutes of:

12 Thrusters, 95/65lbs

10 Chest to Bar Pull-ups

200m Run

One person working at a time, partners will alternate movements throughout.

Partner A runs 250m, partner B does 12 thrusters, partner A does 12 TTB, partner B runs 250m, continuing in this order until the clock reaches 20 minutes.
