Partners will work together to complete as many rounds as possible, following each other through the movements. Partner A does 5 Devil’s Press, Partner B does 5 Devil’s Press, Partner A does 10 Box Step-Overs, Partner B does 10 Box Step-Overs, Partner A Runs, Partner B Runs, and so on for the duration of the workout.
