AMRAP in 24 minutes:

12 Wall Balls, 20/14lbs

8 Calories Echo Bike

4 Bar Muscle-Ups

Partners will alternate movements throughout. Partner A does 12 Wall Balls, Partner B does 8 cals on the bike, Partner A does 4 Bar Muscle-ups, Parnter B does 12 Wall Balls, etc.
