Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
AMRAP in 20 minutes:
5 Power Cleans, 185/125lbs
8 Handstand Push-ups
40 Double Unders
Partners will work together to complete as many rounds as possible, following each other through the movements. Partner A does 5 PC, Partner B does 5 PC, Partner A does 8 HSPU, Partner B does 8 HSPU, Partner A does 40 DU, Partner B does 40 DU, and so on for the duration of the workout.
