  • On-site group workouts before or after work (45mins to 1 hour).  These workouts are designed for any person regardless of their fitness level.  We do this by scaling the workout (i.e. repetitions, weight, movement) to each person’s individual ability.  Our trainers will make sure your employees are safe, having fun, and getting an awesome workout
