Why I train CrossFit:  After 5 shoulder surgeries from competitive volleyball, there were many things that I thought would be impossible in the remainder of my athletic career.  CrossFit has taught me that there is no such thing as impossible.  I enjoy giving back to the CrossFit community by teaching and encouraging athletes of all types to achieve what they thought was impossible by utilizing evidence-based fitness.
