Why I train: I like helping people move better and I love seeing people get something for the first time, whether it’s a new movement or a PR.
Favorite Movement: Anything with a barbell, especially deadlifts and back squats. And anything with a kettlebell.
Least Favorite Movement: Gymnastics stuff, especially toes to bar and burpees.
