Why I Train CrossFit: CrossFit has pushed my fitness and nutrition to levels beyond what I was able to achieve at any other time in my life. Not only has it changed my body, my idea of what is “healthy”, and my eating habits, but it has also provided an incredibly amazing community of people I am lucky to call my friends both inside and outside the gym. I am so passionate about the changes CrossFit, specifically CrossFit Charlottesville, has brought to my own life, that I am honored to be a part of the staff and love being able to share some of the knowledge I have gained over the past few years to help others in their own fitness.
