Class Schedule

CrossFit – Standard Workout of the Day Class

CrossFit Make-up / Open Gym – Instructor-Led Warm-up and Guidance to Make-up WOD’s from the Week. Please show up on the hour if you wish to receive coaching.

Essentials – The best option for new members to learn the basics!  This is our introductory program for learning fundamentals of the barbell movements and other technical movements employed in some of the daily CrossFit WODs.

Intro – Our free intro class is where you can learn more about our gym and CrossFit in general. Please sign up online and complete a digital waiver before coming to the class.  You must be registered for the class at least 24 hours in advance (you can cancel up to 8 hours prior if necessary).  Class lasts about an hour at most. C’ville Strength – Instructor-Led Class Focused on Improving Technique and Strength for the Olympic Lifts.  Visit our website for our C’ville Strength program HERE to find out more information.  Class is included with any regular CrossFit membership.

C’ville Burn – This is our bootcamp-style class.  It’s still CrossFit, but the workouts are typically longer (20-30 minutes) and there are no complex barbell movements.  Class is included with any regular CrossFit membership.
