Class Schedule

Monday through Friday our Classes and Open Gym take place @ 6am, 7am, 12pm, 4:15pm, 5:15pm, and 6:15pm. 

Join us for Yoga in our Open gym space every Saturday at 9am, or hop in our Saturday Partner Workouts at 9 and 10am. Open gym is available on Saturdays from 10am-12pm

Join us for “Sunday Core” a 90 minute Core Strength Class or for Open Gym on Sundays from 10-11:30am. 

Please arrive 10 minutes early to warm-up prior to joining the class. Drop-ins are welcome for experienced CrossFitters – visit page here for drop-in information.

CrossFit – Standard Workout of the Day Class

Open Gym – Complete your own programming in our clean and well furbished facility.

Essentials – The best option for new members to learn the basics!  This is our introductory program for learning fundamentals of the barbell movements and other technical movements employed in some of the daily CrossFit WODs.
